When will I receive my finisher medal?
Once you complete your chosen challenge, your custom finisher medal is shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-10 days depending on your location.
Can I participate in a challenge from anywhere in the world?
Yes! Pacer Virtual Challenges are global. You can complete your miles anywhere—on a treadmill, in your neighborhood, or on local trails—regardless of your country.
What happens if I don't finish my challenge on time?
